Rivercrest Post Acute is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will assist with treatment, record daily notes, and help maintain the department.

You will also train caregivers, communicate patient progress with the health team, and participate in in-services. The role requires a current PTA license and the ability to work with diverse patient needs in a facility setting.
