Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our team. Working under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist, you will help provide patient-centered care and support the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

You will assist patients with all phases of physical therapy, discuss treatment progress with patients, and maintain thorough documentation.

Competenze

• Experience or qualification as a physical therapy assistant preferred.
• Ability to follow a treatment plan under supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Strong communication with patients and healthcare team.

Mansioni

• Assist patients under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist to implement treatment plans.
• Contribute to development and execution of treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Support patients through all phases of physical therapy techniques and activities.
• Record patient responses and progress in charts after each visit and discuss treatment with the PT and rehab staff.
• Maintain open communication with the physical therapist, director or rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and maintain standard physical therapy equipment.
