Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide PT interventions under a plan of care written by a PT. You will implement therapies appropriate for the patient population and document all treatment interventions.

You may coordinate activities of PT aides, students and other support personnel while contributing to a collaborative rehabilitation team dedicated to patient recovery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire.
• Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Assistant credential required before hire or soon after.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
• Performs therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills appropriate for the patient population.
• Documents treatment interventions given.
• May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.

Education

High School diploma equivalency with experience

Associate's degree/Technical degree
