Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration as PTA in Oklahoma before hire.
• BLS Provider credentialed from AHA within 30 days of hire.
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years experience OR Associate's/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments based on established plans of care.
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to meet patient needs and ensure safe sessions.
• Document every step of patient care for accurate records.
• Mentor students and coordinate with support staff to maintain high recovery standards.
