Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in the Physical Therapy department. You will design and adapt goal-oriented care plans with patients and families to support recovery.

You will deliver hands-on treatments, evaluate progress, and mentor therapy assistants and students to promote clinical excellence and high-quality outcomes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate preferred) and Oklahoma PT licensure, with BLS

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date or job transfer date. Temporary letter accepted until license is issued.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt goal-oriented care plans in partnership with patients and their families to ensure milestones align with their recovery journey.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore independence.
• Evaluate patient progress continuously to refine clinical approaches and ensure care remains effective and responsive.
• Lead and mentor therapy assistants and students to foster collaboration and high-quality patient outcomes.
