Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and gather data under PT supervision with team collaboration.
• Document patient care and billing promptly according to standards.
• Communicate with colleagues, physicians, and nurses to optimize care.
• Serve as a team member and mentor supporting staff.
• Delegate non-patient tasks to appropriate staff.
• Maintain clinical productivity standards.
• Maintain ongoing clinical education to keep expertise current.
• Participate in in-services, meetings, and quality activities.
• Monitor patient safety and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HFHS HIPAA policies.
• Adhere to laws, standards, and HFHS policies and procedures.
• Represent HFHS at community/professional events if requested.
• Participate in student education programs.
