Qualifications

• Requires degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program
• Michigan licensure or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment, treatment, discharge planning and collaboration with other health care providers
• Documents patient care and billing information timely and in accordance with department standards
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA policies
• Maintains clinical productivity and participates in staff meetings and program development
• Mentors staff and supports supervision as needed

Education

Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy

Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
