Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience or Master’s/Doctorate from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current State of Michigan licensure or licensure within 30 days of applying; CPR certification (or within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Performs PT evaluation and diagnosis of movement dysfunction.
• Uses interventions to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
• Documents patient care and billing information timely per department standards.
• Communicates with co-workers and other professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Mentors staff and participates in student education programs.
• Maintains clinical productivity standards and ongoing clinical education.
