POSITION REQUIRES a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate) from a CAPTE-accredited program and Michigan licensure (or eligibility within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan licensure or eligibility to licensure within 30 days.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment, treatment, discharge planning and collaboration with other health care providers.
• Documents patient care and billing information timely and in accordance with department standards.
• Communicates with co-workers and physicians to ensure optimal patient care.
• Acts as a team member and mentors other staff.
• Maintains clinical productivity standards and ongoing clinical education.
