• Implements interventions focusing on posture, balance, locomotion, strength, and daily functional abilities.
• Administers treatment methods under supervision, ensuring alignment with current PT practices.
• Monitors patient progress and reports responses and progress to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies.
• Maintains accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge recommendations.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and participates in discharge planning as needed.
• Maintains infection control and safe clinical environment.
