• Education: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Experience: None required; preferred one year as a Physical Therapy Aide or PTA.
• Licensure & Certification: Valid PTA license with the Texas ECPTOTE; active and in good standing.
  Current BLS certification, obtained within ninety days of hire, must remain active.
