Job summary

Harrisonburg Health & Rehabilitation Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is seeking a caring Physical Therapist licensed in Virginia or a graduate actively working toward licensure. Our rehab team delivers PT, OT, and SLP services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym to help residents regain independence and return home.

The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops treatment plans, obtains physician approval, treats per plan, and participates in discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia or actively pursuing licensure.
• Graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program.
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residents, develops treatment plans and obtains physician approval.

Requirements:

• Virginia Physical Therapy License
