Qualifications

• AS degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in geriatric rehab preferred.
• Experience in adult neurological, cardiac, or general rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Complete documentation per procedures and billing data.
• Assist with scheduling and patient services; support care activities.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team through skills and knowledge.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment plans and follow‑ups.
• Maintain safety and professional standards during all treatments.
