Job summary

The Woods at Monticello, part of Nightingale, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our full-time clinical team in Monticello, Arkansas. You will work with licensed therapists to help residents regain mobility and independence, delivering treatments and contributing to care planning in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, communicating with the care team, and educating residents and families about therapy plans while maintaining

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

As a Full-Time PTA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists in helping residents regain strength, improve mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.
