Job summary

Rainy Lake Medical in International Falls, MN, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Therapy & Wellness team. Under the direction of the Director of Therapy & Wellness and staff PTs, you will perform selected patient treatments and assist with assessments, treatment, and documentation as prescribed.

This 0.8–1.0 FTE, non-exempt position offers competitive hourly pay, benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision with HSAs, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and Life & LTD.

Qualifications

• MN PTA license required.
• BLS within one year of hire.
• Associate’s Degree in PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Performs selected patient physical therapy treatments under supervision.
• Assists with assessments, treatment and documentation as prescribed.

Job Summary: Under direction from the Director of Therapy & Wellness and/or Staff Physical Therapists, performs selected patient physical therapy treatments to patients including but not limited to assisting with assessments, treatment and documentation as prescribed by the referring physician and established by the Physical Therapist.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MN Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within one yr of hire.t least One (1) year.
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) yr. of experience.
