Job summary

Rainylakemedical in Minnesota is seeking a Physical Therapist (FTE 0.8–1.0) to plan, organize, and implement individualized physical therapy programs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MN Physical Therapist License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• MN Physical Therapist License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within one yr of hire.t least One (1) year of experience in a health-related field technical knowledge in electronic medical records, preferably Epic
