TOP NOTCH THERAPY LLC is a growing mobile therapy practice delivering rehabilitation directly to patients in their homes across Florida. We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide treatments under a licensed Physical Therapist, with the flexibility to manage a caseload and contribute to a patient-centered care plan.

You will join a therapist-owned company with opportunities for growth, working within a supportive team to improve mobility and quality of life for clients

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation during each visit
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care

Pembroke Pines, Stuart, Port St. Lucie, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Greenacres, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Park, Loxahatchee, Boca Raton & surrounding areas
