TOP NOTCH THERAPY LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver mobile in-home therapy across Florida. This flexible, independent contractor role supports patients in their homes under a supervising licensed Physical Therapist.

We value compassionate clinicians who can manage their own caseload, communicate clearly with patients and teammates, and provide high-quality rehabilitation with a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation during each visit.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care.
