Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with intake, preparing treatment areas, supporting therapists, monitoring progress, and guiding home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years old
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and intake processes.
• Onboard new patients, verify forms and benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, assist with equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
