Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Newton, MA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative outpatient rehab team. You will greet patients, assist with check-in, schedule support, and help clinicians prepare treatment areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
