ATI Physical Therapy in Sudbury, MA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to patient care. You will support clinicians, assist patients with exercises, and help maintain treatment areas while gaining valuable hands-on healthcare experience.

The role offers training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy and wellness programs, with strong emphasis on customer service and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and appointment times.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and timely scheduling support for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Assist Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
