Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics dedicated to delivering excellent outcomes and a supportive work culture. We are seeking a friendly, dependable PT aide to support therapists and patients in our Georgia clinics.

You will help welcome patients, assist with non-clinical tasks, guide light exercises, educate on equipment, apply basic modalities, and keep spaces clean and safe, contributing to measurable improvements in patient health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
