Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, a therapist-owned outpatient network, seeks entry-level staff to welcome patients and support therapists in a clinical setting. You’ll learn on the job and have opportunities to pursue PT/PTA education scholarships.

Responsibilities include assisting with non-clinical tasks, guiding light exercises, educating patients on equipment safety, and maintaining clean treatment areas in a collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
