Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy physical therapy clinic. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks while complying with state practice act requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior rehab aide experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Preferred: prior Rehab Tech/Clinical Aide experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and time management skills.
• Compassionate team player with patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy and assist clinicians during treatments.
• Safeguard and motivate patients during exercises.
• Provide routine modalities such as hot/cold packs and ultrasound/electrical stimulation.
• Clean and organize treatment area and equipment.
• Handle linens and restock supplies; maintain restrooms.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Aid in inventory tracking and order non-medical and medical supplies.
