Job summary

Athletico is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will help prepare patients for therapy, assist with exercises, and handle routine treatments while maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment.

The role requires high school education and prior rehab tech experience is preferred. Part-time hours, with growth and benefits detailed in the company summary.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to document clearly; attention to detail and time management.
• Patient/Client Satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Compassion toward patients.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists with treatments.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under professional staff.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs) and modalities like ultrasounds and electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks restrooms and supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments and filing paperwork.
• Assists in tracking non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
