Athletico in Indiana is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator by performing administrative and clinical duties in a PT clinic. You will greet patients, support therapists, and help prepare for treatments while ensuring compliance with state practice acts.

You will also maintain equipment and supplies, assist with scheduling and records, and contribute to a collaborative team environment with strong communication and compassion for patients.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists and assistants.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and activities under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Maintain clean and stocked treatment areas and equipment.
