JAG Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Aide in a care-first outpatient setting. The role acts as the liaison between the patient and the Physical Therapist, helping patients from arrival to departure and ensuring a positive patient experience.

JAG Physical Therapy operates with 150+ facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York and is known as the Gold Standard in rehab care in the region. This full-time role supports a patient-centered team.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Calling patients into the treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintains a clean facility throughout the day.
• Washing and drying laundry, ensuring towels are clean and available.
• Works as a team member to ensure patients receive a positive experience.
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keeps a safe and orderly work environment.
• Answers phone calls and schedules patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
