ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support outpatient rehab teams and help patients on their recovery journey. The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical and occupational therapy environments.

You will assist with intake, prepare treatment spaces, and help patients perform prescribed exercises under supervision, while gaining valuable healthcare skills and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients by phone and in person.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and intake processes.
• Prepare treatment areas and set up equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs.
