Qualifications

• Knowledge of Anatomy and Kinesiology.
• Understanding of therapy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Record and edit therapeutic exercises under supervision of a Doctor of Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy.
• Prepare heat and ice packs, paraffin dips, assist patients to the pool, guide exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Ensure operation of treatment equipment by preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calling for repairs.
• Educate patients on proper use of equipment and exercises.
• Prepare the treatment room and assist with scheduling and front desk tasks.
• Answer calls from physician offices, hospitals and patients with good customer service.
