PRN, a network of trusted PT brands across the West and Central U.S., is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and front desk operations. You''ll assist patients, prepare therapy areas, and ensure smooth patient flow in a team-based clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare coursework or training is a plus.
• Prior healthcare experience or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to assisting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and support to create a positive clinic environment.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and assist with billing tasks.
• Assist front office with tasks such as answering phones, scanning documents, scheduling patients, processing payments.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; perform daily cleaning and stocking.
