Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education in healthcare is a plus.
• Prior healthcare experience or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to aiding patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support therapists and maintain a positive clinic environment; provide patient service during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and assist with billing tasks.
• Assist front office tasks when downtime occurs (phones, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure therapy areas and equipment are clean and organized daily.
