Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is recruiting a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and patients in our California clinics. You will assist with transitions to therapy, prepare equipment, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a patient-centered approach, with opportunities to contribute to patient care and administrative tasks in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior healthcare setting experience or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to assisting individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic operations and patient experience, including front-line service and smiles.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks such as answering calls, scanning documents, scheduling, processing payments, filing, and faxing.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily equipment cleaning, laundry, and stocking supplies.
