Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist Aide to serve as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist. You will assist patients from arrival to departure, ensuring a positive experience and smooth treatment flow across our outpatient orthopedic network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Wash and dry laundry, ensuring towels are clean and available.
• Work as part of a team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
