Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide (part-time) to support therapists and administrative staff in our Kathleen, GA clinic. You will greet patients, assist during treatment, and help with non-clinical tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role emphasizes patient-care, teamwork, and adherence to state practice act requirements. Prior clinical aide experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to clearly document patient activity.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient satisfaction and compassionate care are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and assists patients with exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, restocks supplies, and maintains restrooms.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• May manage inventory and ordering of clinic supplies.
