Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to document projects clearly and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Ability to provide patient care with compassion and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises and activities.
• Administers routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold packs, Ultrasounds, etc.).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
• Tracks non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
