Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians in clinical and administrative tasks within the Chicago clinic. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and help maintain treatment flow while ensuring compliance with state practice acts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior rehab aide experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills to support patient care and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists during procedures.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Provide routine treatments and manage basic modalities under supervision.
• Maintain clean work areas and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Track and order clinic supplies as required.
