Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy in Chicago is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, prep for treatments, and assist during therapy sessions in compliance with state practice acts.

Responsibilities include helping with administrative tasks, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean treatment area, while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist therapists during sessions.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises under staff direction.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Clean treatment area and equipment after use.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Track supplies and may order inventory.
