Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide in Illinois to support clinicians and the Patient Experience team. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in a clinic setting.

The role requires high school education, strong communication, and the ability to document and manage tasks. This part-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Patient/Client satisfaction - providing care/service that exceeds expectations

• Basic knowledge of office equipment

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Washes linens/towels and maintains linen cabinets
• Restocks restrooms and other areas with supplies
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory
