Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience required.
• Preferred: healthcare experience in PT/tech roles or related fields.
• Preferred: CPT experience or background in Health Services, Exercise Science or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling with clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, verify paperwork and benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust equipment for therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
