Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.

• Strong communication and patient-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in in person and by phone.
• Support efficient patient intake and scheduling alongside clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, verify benefits, and assist with paperwork.
• Assist PT by preparing treatment areas and equipment setup/cleaning.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with home exercise programs as prescribed.
