Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and intake processes to maintain efficiency.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and assist with completion of forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and support home exercise programs.
