Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and administrative support for a positive patient experience.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks: phone, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing, faxing.
• Aid therapists during sessions with materials and exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment, including daily cleaning and stocking.
