Athletico is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You’ll greet patients, assist therapists, and perform administrative duties in a compliant clinic environment.

The role includes helping with exercises, providing routine treatments, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment area. The position emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, attention to detail, and compassion for patients.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to document projects clearly and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient satisfaction: provide care/service beyond expectations.
• Energetic, team-oriented, compassionate toward patients.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, restocks supplies, and maintains restrooms.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Helps track and order clinic supplies as needed.
