Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and ensure a smooth clinic flow while complying with state practice acts.

Responsibilities include helping with scheduling, filing, and basic office duties, along with maintaining equipment and supplies. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and compassionate patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Prior Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Team player with compassion for patients.
• Ability to document all tasks clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prep patients for physical therapy and assist with treatments.
• Support therapists during sessions and with devices.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Restock supplies and maintain clinic areas.
• Help track inventory and assist coordinator as needed.
