Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy Chicago clinic. The role includes assisting with treatments, preparing patients, and performing light administrative tasks to maintain smooth patient flow.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior rehab aide experience preferred, and strong communication with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Helps patients with exercises and functional activities under staff supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Maintains clean work areas and cleans equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, maintains linen cabinets, restocks bathrooms and supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Tracks non-medical and medical supplies, may order inventory.
