Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in our Chicago clinic. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and perform routine administrative and clinical duties in line with state practice acts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication (written & verbal).
• Ability to clearly document projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient-focused care and teamwork.

• Thorough completion of tasks.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and activities.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Clean treatment area and equipment after use.
• Washes linens and maintains linen supplies.
• Maintain restrooms and supervise general clinic cleanliness.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assist with supplies and inventory management.
