Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative and clinical duties in line with state practice acts.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience as a Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Clear communication, documentation, time management, patient-centric care, teamwork, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with devices.
• Aids therapists and assistants during treatments and supports patient exercises.
• Administers routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms.
