Job summary

Rehab United is a family-owned private practice prioritizing patient care across seven San Diego locations. We seek an upbeat, friendly Physical Therapy Aide to assist therapists, help with documentation, and support patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Completed Anatomy coursework is required.
• Professional communication and interactions with patients and co-workers are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in demonstrating and supervising appropriate patient treatment progressions.
• Application of modalities, as trained/instructed.
• Assist therapists with documentation, as instructed.
• Perform all assigned opening/closing tasks, including cleaning facility/equipment, to ensure safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
• Engage and participate in staff meetings and events.
• Perform all other management assigned duties.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in demonstrating and supervising appropriate patient treatment progressions.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
• Knowledge of/experience with Applied Functional Science

Compensation

• $17.75 - $18.25 Hourly
