This is a part-time, float position. An ideal candidate is a certified PT with Ortho interest and experience. We are looking for a dynamic and dependable clinician who is motivated, a team player, and wants to elevate the quality of care for the population. Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Evaluation: Detailed assessment of patients with direct and clear communication of plan of care.
- Treatment: Appropriate patient treatment progressions, home exercise programs (KEET) and patient testing for return to specified activities. Application of modalities in a safe manner.
- Documentation: Accurate, timely documentation, billing, and usage of functional outcome measures within established company guidelines. Completion of discharge notes.
- Clinic management: Participate in team approach to clinic management with opening/closing tasks, cleaning facility/equipment to ensure safe facility for patients and staff.
- Active participation in meetings and personal development program with company management including strategic personal development and professional growth.
- Caseload management: Utilization of patient retention strategies.
- Business Development: PT will market to ensure company growth via a variety of methods including, but not limited to, physician networking, social media, workshops, program development.
- Patient, professional and community advocacy: including education sessions, health fairs
- Professional conduct: Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements. Performs in an ethical manner in accordance with discipline specific professional code of conduct. Follows established state regulations.

Requirements
- CA Physical Therapy License, or PTLA status
- Confident and Independent
- Comfortable with social media

Compensation
$36.00 - $55.00 Hourly (dependent upon prior experience as a licensed therapist)
