ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will support patient check-in, onboarding, and clerical tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to physical therapy.

You will assist therapists by preparing treatment spaces, monitoring progress, and guiding patients through exercises and home programs. This position emphasizes mentorship and skill-building in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
• High School diploma required.
• 18+ years old required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and registration to promote efficiency.
• Onboard new patients; review paperwork and verify benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas; set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform exercises and support home exercise programs.
